Initial Operation With Test Run Of Dynamic Drive: Procedure

  1. Check fluid level in tank for steering/dynamic drive hydraulics and top up to "MAX" with engine off.
  2. Start engine and run at idle for at least 1 minute.
  3. Turn steering wheel left and right to full lock twice. Then move steering wheel to straight ahead position.
  4. Stop engine and check fluid level. Top up to "MAX".
  5. Connect vehicle to DIS or MoDIC.
  6. Start engine and run at idle for at least 1 minute.
  7. Start initial operation in SERVICE FUNCTIONS (engine must be running), comply with previously stated safety precautions. Wait for vehicle to come to a standstill, follow instructions in DIS.
  8. Stop engine and check fluid level. Top up to "MAX".
  9. Repeat steps  1 - 8 again.
  10. Perform subsequent procedure as specified by DIS.
