65 50 011 Removing And Installing (Replacing) Video Module For On-Board Monitor

Necessary Preliminary Tasks:
- Disconnect battery negative lead. Refer to 61 20 900 DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING BATTERY .
- Remove flap in luggage compartment panel on left. Refer to 51 47 172 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING FLAP IN LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM, LEFT OR RIGHT
NOTE:
Follow instructions for handling optical fibers. Refer to 61 00 ... NOTES ON HANDLING OPTICAL FIBERS

Installation:
Do not mix up antenna connectors (1).
Mark antenna plugs (1) and disconnect.
Unlock plug connections (2) and disconnect.
Release screws (3).
Feed out video module for on-board monitor (4) in direction of arrow and remove.

Replacement:
Carry out coding/programming. Refer to DIAGNOSIS PROGRAMMING/CODING .
Observe following IDC specifications:
- Programming.
- Coding.
- Car & Key Memory.
- CD "CIP".
