51 21 302 Removing And Installing/Replacing Chrome Strip For Window Cavity Cover Strip (On Outside Of Front Door)

Special Tools Required:

00 9 311

Attach adhesive tape (1) below window cavity cover strip (2) (risk of damage).

Using special tool 00 9 311 beginning at rear (1) proceeding to front (2), lever out window cavity cover strip.

Pull window cavity cover strip (1) out of mirror (2) in direction of arrow and remove.

Installation:

Moisten window cavity cover strip (1) with water.

Window cavity cover strip (1) must be flush at rear to door edge.

Installation:

Seal (1) must be correctly fitted in chrome strip (2).

Initialize power window. Refer to 67 62... NOTES ON INITIALIZING POWER WINDOW .
