37 10 005 Removing And Installing/Replacing Vent Hose (Up To 06/2003) For Active Stabilizer (Front)

Necessary Preliminary Tasks: 

Release banjo bolts (2) and remove vent hose on both sides.

Tightening torque, (5 N.m.).

Disconnect vent hose from Y-distributor.

Unscrew vent valves (1) from oscillating motor.

Installation: 

If necessary, fit new vent valves.

Tightening torque, (14 N.m.).

If necessary, remove design cover.

Withdraw filter from member.

Expose vent hose up to Y-distributor and remove.

Replacing Vent Valve: 

Screw vent valve (1) fully into oscillating motor and remove plug.

Slide vent hose (2) into vent valve (1) up to second marking (M).
