11 72 000 Removing And Installing/Replacing Air Pump (N73)

Necessary Preliminary Tasks:

Remove suction filter housing. Refer to 13 71 010 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING LEFT (OR RIGHT) INTAKE FILTER HOUSING (N73) .
Remove raw air housing.
Remove underbody protection.
Remove right underbody protection.

Loosen screw (1).

Unlock and detach pressure hose (2).

Remove screw (3).

Unlock and detach air hose (4).

Disconnect connector (1).

Loosen screws (2).

Remove air pump (3).

Unclip plug (1).

Release nuts and remove holder from air pump.

Check function of DME.
