61 12 515 Replacing both front impulse sensors for ABS

NOTE: Remove front wheel, refer to 36 10 300 REMOVING OR INSTALLING FRONT OR REAR WHEEL .

Open protective box for ABS sensor.

Procedures for front-left sensor are analogous to those for front-right sensor.

Lift out plug-in connection.

Disconnect plug-in connection.

Unscrew hexagon screw.

Lift out sensor.

Installation:

Clean and lubricate dowel-pin bore with Staborax NBU 12/k.
