32 41 ... Replacing pressure line II for power steering (vehicle with Dynamic Drive) (N62)

IMPORTANT: Adhere to the utmost cleanliness. Do not allow any dirt to enter the hydraulic system.

Seal off pipe connections with plugs.

After installation:

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

Unscrew nut (1).

Disconnect pressure line (2) from holder.

Unscrew nut (1).

Disconnect pressure line (2) from holder.

Unclip wiring harness.

Release screw (1).

Place fluid sump underneath for residual fluid.

Release banjo bolt (1).

Disconnect pressure line (2) from power steering gear (3) and remove towards front.

Installation: 

Make sure pressure line II is laid without tension and with sufficient spacing to adjoining components.

Replace sealing rings.
