11 12 595 Checking A Valve Guide For Wear (N62)

(Valve removed)

To measure tilt clearance, install a new valve so that end of valve stem is flush with valve guide.

Attach dial gauge and measure tilt clearance.

NOTE: Max. permissible tilt clearance, refer to ENGINE - TECHNICAL DATA - 645CI .
