52 24 010 Removing and installing/replacing backrest for rear seat (basic)

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove rear seat. See 52 13 000 Removing And Installing Left Or Right Front Seat (Normal/Semi-Electric) .
- Remove middle seat belt.
- Open lock on rear seat back (emergency actuator). See 52 26... Emergency Actuator For Rear Seat Backrest .
Release screws (1).
Feed backrest out of belts and lift out towards front.
Installation:
Pay attention to precise guidance (2).
Tightening torque, see 52 24 1AZ in SEATS - TIGHTENING TORQUES - 525I & 530I (M54) .
