41 34 060 Replacing Outer And Inner Tail Panel Sections Stripping Operations

- Remove battery (FR number: 6121010)
- Remove battery negative cable (job number: 61 12 013)
- Remove bumper trim (FR number: 51 12 156)
- Remove bumper carrier (FR number: 51 12 050)
- Remove center bumper guide (FR number: 51 12 825)
- Remove guide for bumper on left and right (FR number: 51 12 828)
- Remove luggage compartment floor trim panel (FR number: 51 47 101)
- Remove left luggage compartment wheel arch panel (FR number: 51 47 151)
- Remove right luggage compartment wheel arch panel (FR number: 51 47 161)
- Remove covers on left and right D-pillar (job number: 51 47 105)
- Tail panel trim (FR number: 51 46 050)
- Remove support for lower left tailgate (job number: 51 24 280)
- Remove lashing rail in luggage compartment on left and right (FR number: 51 47 035)
- Removing lower section of tailgate (FR number: 41 62 007)
- Remove hinges for lower tailgate section
- Remove heat shield.
- Remove rear light on left and right (FR number: 63 21 180)
- Remove rear lid lock (FR number: 51 24 100)
- Partially release wiring harness from tail panel and lay to one side.
- Remove insulating mat from left and right side wall
- Partially detach rear lid seal
- Remove control unit for air suspension
- Remove control unit for automatic rear lid actuation
Slacken nut (1).
Remove earth support point.
Release wiring harness (2) and place to one side.
