37 13... Removing and installing/replacing pressure line (middle) for oscillating motor/rear axle

IMPORTANT:
Adhere to the utmost cleanliness. Do not allow any dirt to enter the hydraulic system.
Recycling
Catch and dispose of hydraulic fluid in a suitable container.
Necessary preliminary tasks
- Remove TANK UNDERRIDE PROTECTION .
Release banjo bolts (1).
Seal pressure lines with suitable sealing plugs.
Installation:
Tightening torque 37 14 15AZ .
Release screw (1).
Installation:
Tightening torque 37 14 17AZ .
IMPORTANT:
Risk of damage!
Adjust minimum distance (A and B) between pressure lines and exhaust system.

Ensure distortion-free installation (see Fig 3).
Release banjo bolts (1).
Seal pressure lines with suitable sealing plugs.
Feed out pressure line towards rear.
Installation:
Pressure lines are protected against being mixed up by different thread diameters.
Tightening torque 37 14 15AZ .
After installation
- Fill and bleed HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
- Check pipe connections for leaks
- Carry out INITIAL DYNAMIC DRIVE OPERATION .
