61 61 081 Replacing (removing and installing) left or right windscreen wiper arm

Special tools required:

61 6 060

IMPORTANT: Do not bend windscreen wiper arm during removal (risk of breakage).

Remove cover cap for wiper arm (1) on left or right.

Release nut underneath. Tightening torque 61 61 11AZ .

Detach wiper arm (1) with special tool 61 6 060.

Installation:

Adjust position of wiper arm in question in rest position (measured between wiper lip and top edge of cowl panel cover).

Then tighten down wiper arm and check ADJUSTMENT DIMENSIONS of relevant wiper arm again.
