11 00 045 Checking absolute compression of all cylinders

Diagnosis and Information System (DIS)

Necessary Preliminary Tasks:

Remove acoustic cover.
Remove right ignition coil cover.
Connect DIS Tester.

Test:

Call up Diagnosis.
Select car > right arrow key.
Function selection:
- Complete vehicle.
- Drive.
- Engine management:
  - Valve gear.
  - Valvetronic variable valve gear.
  - Mechanical components / function.
Test schedule > right arrow key.
- Compression test > right arrow key.
Follow DIS Tester instructions.
NOTE: Clear fault memory.
