Service - engine oil

- CHANGE ENGINE OIL AND OIL FILTER
- 34 00 012 PARKING BRAKE FUNCTION CHECKand 34 10 014 ADJUSTING HANDBRAKE
- Brake in and check for correct function
- At 1st and every 3rd engine oil change
- Change transmission oil. See 0011..... DRAINING/TOPPING UP GEAR OIL IN MANUAL TRANSMISSION and clean oil filter.
- Change rear differential oil. See 00 11 259 OIL CHANGE IN REAR DIFFERENTIAL INCL. USED OIL DISPOSAL .
- At every 3rd engine oil change
- Change air filter element. See 13 72 002 REPLACING BOTH AIR CLEANER INSERTS (S85) . Shorten intervals accordingly for vehicles operated in dusty regions. Shorten intervals accordingly for vehicles operated in dusty regions.
- Reset SERVICE INTERVAL REMINDER LIGHTS according to factory specification.
