41 33 040 Replacing Front Wall

Read contents of BODY, GENERAL  and observe relevant procedures.

Following new body parts are required:

1. Connection, front end/side frame
2. Mounting, bumper, front middle
3. Holder, side panel, bottom left
4. Holder, front wall, left
5. V-support
6. Holder, front wall, right
7. Holder, side panel, bottom right

Open screws (1).

Open screws along line (1).

Remove front end/side frame connection (2).

Open screws (1) and (2).

Remove front middle bumper mounting (3) and V-support (4).

Drill out rivets (1).

Open screws (2).

Remove carrier for bumper trim with deformation element (3).

Remove front wall holder (4).

Installation: 

If necessary, use screws or locking pins (instead of rivets) to secure deformation element.
