Before these work steps, prepare the new part so that it is ready to install (adapting, cutting to size, applying welding primer etc.).

Before these work steps, prepare the new part so that it is ready to install (adapting, cutting to size, applying welding primer etc.).
Clean contact surface (1) with spirit.
Apply a bead approx. 15 mm high (2) of window glass adhesive to contact surface (1), see 41 00... Overview of consumables (Electronic Parts Catalogue - EPC) .
Fit, secure and weld up new part.
WARNING:
Ensure adequate ventilation over entire processing period.
