51 76 005 Replacing Convertible Top Compartment Lid Seal

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Open soft top compartment lid, fold in soft top if necessary
- Remove window cavity cover strip at outer left and right
NOTE:
Prior to removing, pay attention to the exact installation position with respect to the adjoining components.
IMPORTANT:
Do not stretch, kink or crush seal (1).
Release seal (1) at catches (2).
Pull off seal (1) along dashed line.
Installation:
Ensure seal (1) is correctly seated.
Moisten seal (1) with soapy water.
Catches (2) must not be damaged.
