51 37 000 Removing And Installing/Replacing Complete Rear Left Or Right Power Window Unit: Notes

Power window unit has no anti-trapping mechanism.

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

Release screws (1).

Tightening torque, see 51 37 4AZ in 51 37 SIDE WINDOWS, ELECTR. ACTUATED .

Release or feed out cable holders (2) and remove connecting bracket (3) towards top.

Release screw (1).

Tightening torque, see 51 37 3AZ in 51 37 SIDE WINDOWS, ELECTR. ACTUATED .

Release trim (1) from catches (2) and remove.

Carefully feed out power window unit (3) in upward direction.

Disconnect associated plug connection and remove complete power window unit (3).

Installation: 

Ensure trim (1) is correctly seated.
