37 14 512 Replacing Rear Ride-Height Sensor

IMPORTANT: Read and comply with notes on ESD PROTECTION (ELECTRO STATIC DISCHARGE) .
NOTE: Tightening torque 37 14 3AZ .

Release nut (1) and disconnect jointed rod (2).

Installation: 

Tightening torque 37 14 3AZ .

Disconnect plug connection (3).

Release bolt (4) and remove ride-height sensor with bracket.

Installation: 

Align bracket to corresponding bore hole (arrow) in rear axle carrier.

Tightening torque 37 14 2AZ .

Replacement: 

Release screws (1) and remove ride-height sensor from bracket (2).

Installation: 

Sensor lever (3) must point from ride-height sensor in direction of screw fastening point (arrow) of bracket.

Tightening torque 37 14 1AZ .
