25 11 081 Replacing Gaiter (Shift Lever Cover) For Shift Lever

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove shift lever knob. See REPLACING KNOB FOR SHIFT LEVER .
IMPORTANT:
As from 03/07 there are two versions. The shift lever cover must therefore be removed from the center console before the shift lever knob is removed.

Installation:
Retaining lugs must not be damaged.
