64 12 590 Removing and installing or replacing muffler

Necessary preliminary tasks:

REMOVE LEFT UNDERBODY PANELING .

Unscrew nut (1).

Release screw (2).

Withdraw muffler (3) in direction of arrow from exhaust pipe (4).

Installation note:

If necessary, replace blind rivet nut (5).
