33 11 271 Replacing rear cover gasket on rear differential

IMPORTANT:
In event of oil loss, always check rear differential for traces of wear and damage.
Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Draw off or drain and catch REAR DIFFERENTIAL OIL
- Remove REAR DIFFERENTIAL
NOTE:
Read and comply with document "REAR DIFFERENTIAL: ASSIGNMENT TO MODEL SERIES ".
Select rear differential:
- 188K
- 188L / 188LW
- 215K
- 215L / 215LW
- 215 with lock
