61 31 245 Removing and installing / replacing rear window button

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

IMPORTANT:

When disconnecting plug connection (2), make sure no tensile load is exerted on foil conductor (risk of damage).

If necessary, remove adhesive tape (1).

Disconnect plug connection (2).

Remove secured rear window button (3).

Installation: 

If necessary, replace gasket.

Installation: 

Feed in cable (2) of rear window button (1) through bore hole (3).

Connect plug connection (4) and secure with adhesive tape if necessary.
