67 32 660 Replacing Fan For Backrest On Rear Seat (Comfort Seat)

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

Detach cover (1) in direction of arrow from Velcro-type fastener behind, pull out from guides (2) and tilt forwards.

Unlock catches (3) and remove cover (1) towards top.

Remove rear panel on rear seat backrest  . See 52 25 ... REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING REAR PANEL ON REAR SEAT BACKREST .

Detach retainers (1) on rear seat backrest (2).

Fold felt (3) upwards slightly.

Release screws (1) on luggage compartment partition (2).

Move rear seat backrest (3) forward slightly.

Disconnect plug connection (1).

If necessary, cut through cable tie (2).

Pull dividing net (3) upwards slightly.

Feed fan for backrest (1) as illustrated out of backrest and pull out plug (2) through opening in dividing net (3).

Remove fan for backrest (1).
