65 77 760 Removing And Installing (Replacing) Rear Seat Sensor

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Disconnect negative battery cable. See 61 20 900 DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING BATTERY NEGATIVE LEAD .
- Remove rear seat (normal) . See 52 24 005 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING REAR SEAT (NORMAL) .
- Remove center seat section (comfort seat) . See 52 25 002 REMOVING AND INSTALLING PADDING FOR LEFT OR RIGHT REAR SEAT .
Release screws (1).
Installation:
Tightening torque . Refer to AUDIO, NAVIGATION AND ANTI-THEFT - TIGHTENING TORQUES -- ALPINA
Make sure sensor is mounted without play.
Unlock plug connections (2) and disconnect.
Remove rear seat sensor (3).
Replacement:
Carry out coding/programming. See VEHICLE PROGRAMMING AND CODING .
