51 43 075 Removing And Installing / Replacing Side Trim Panel, FOOTWELL, On A-Pillar, Right

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove entrance cover strip, front (inside) right . See 51 47 000 REMOVING AND INSTALLING / REPLACING ENTRANCE COVER STRIP, FRONT (INSIDE) LEFT OR RIGHT .
Remove trim for instrument panel, bottom right . See 51 45 181 REMOVING AND INSTALLING INSTRUMENT PANEL TRIM AT BOTTOM RIGHT .

Detach mucket (1) in area of side trim (3).

Release clips (2) in direction of arrow.

Pull out side trim panel (3) from carpet.

Installation:

Following parts of side trim panel (4) must not be damaged or missing:

Clips
Insulating mat
Tabs (for inserting in carpet)
