51 21 ... Replacing Door Reflector

Special tools required: 

• 00 9 318 

Removing: 

Carefully detach reflector with special tool 00 9 318  and a hot air blower from door.

Assembly: 

For cleaning, use a fluff-free disposable cloth or a fresh cleaning cloth.

• Clean bonding area with spirit
• Air drying time at least 1 minute.
• Pull off liner
• Stick reflector onto door as shown in following illustrations
• Press on reflector firmly

The adhesion of the adhesive tape is increased considerably by contact pressure therefore press down over the entire area with your thumbs and backs of hands.

* Liner is protective film for bonding area.

Front door: 

Stick reflector (1) at spacings (A) and (B) onto front door.

A= 1 mm

B = 1 mm
