37 14 515 Replacing Rear Left Or Right Ride-Height Sensor

Disconnect plug connection (1).
Release nut (2) and disconnect jointed rod.
Tightening torque. See INTEGRATED SUSPENSION SYSTEMS - TIGHTENING TORQUES -- ALPINA .
Release screws (4) and remove ride-height sensor.
Installation:
Sensor lever (3) must point outwards from ride-height sensor.
Tightening torque. See INTEGRATED SUSPENSION SYSTEMS - TIGHTENING TORQUES -- ALPINA .
After installation:
- Version with ride-height control: Carry out ride-height-calibration . See 37 12 012 CARRY OUT RIDE-HEIGHT-CALIBRATION .
- Check headlight adjustment , correct if necessary. See 63 10 004 ADJUSTING HEADLIGHTS .
