37 10 005 Removing And Installing / Replacing Vent Hose (From 06 / 2003) For Active Stabilizer (Front)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Release banjo bolts (2) and remove vent hose (3).

Tightening torque. See INTEGRATED SUSPENSION SYSTEMS - TIGHTENING TORQUES -- ALPINA .

Disconnect vent hose (3) from Y-distributor.

Unscrew vent valves (1) from oscillating motor.

Installation: 

If necessary, fit new vent valves.

Tightening torque. See INTEGRATED SUSPENSION SYSTEMS - TIGHTENING TORQUES -- ALPINA .

Unclip cover (1) and pull filter out of front axle carrier.

Expose vent hose (2) up to Y-distributor and remove.

Replacing vent valve: 

Screw vent valve (1) fully into oscillating motor and remove plug.

Slide vent hose (2) into vent valve (1) up to second marking (M).
