36 10 ... General Information On Wheel And Tire (BMW ALPINA B7)

NOTE:
  • Make sure that the wheels and tires used are approved BMW ALPINA combinations (see below).
  • The valve for checking the tire inflation pressure is located under the hub cover.

Removing hub cover: 

Press on emblem in area (1) and turn in direction of arrow.

Open lock with key (1) and remove hub cover (2).

Installation: 

Make sure that the friction film pieces (1) are in place on the hub cover.

When replacing the hub cover, remember to stick on the friction film pieces that are also supplied.

Information on valve insert: 

IMPORTANT: In the event of repair, only valve insert (1) may be replaced!
The screw valve (2) must not be removed from the rim!

Approved wheel-tire combinations 

Summer tires: 

TIRES SPECIFICATION

Front Rear
245 / 35 ZR 21 96Y 285 / 30 ZR 21 100Y
9J x 21 H2 ET 23 mm 10.5J x 21 H2 ET 28 mm

Only the following tires may be used: MICHELIN PILOT SPORT 2 

Winter tires: 

E65 18" standard winter tires.
