17 11 000 Removing And Installing/Replacing Radiator (BMW ALPINA B7)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove radiator core . See 17 00 ... REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING RADIATOR CORE (BMW ALPINA B7) .

Release left and right expander rivets.

Unclip line (1) on left and right.

Release screw.

Installation:

Pay attention to rubber mount (1).

Unfasten screws.

Feed out cover (2) and remove.

Installation:

Pay attention to rubber mount (1).

Unfasten clip.

Pull off hose (1).

Release screws on bracket (2), remove bracket.

Installation:

Tightening torque: 5 Nm.

Remove radiator from radiator core.
