13 54 ... Removing And Installing/Replacing Charge-Air Pressure Actuator (BMW ALPINA B7)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove clean air pipe . See 13 71 038 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING CLEAN AIR PIPE (BMW ALPINA B7) .

IMPORTANT: When working on charge-air pressure actuator:

Switch off ignition
Do not switch on ignition when charge-air pressure actuator is disconnected (engine limp-home program)

After completing work:

Clear fault memory

Disconnect plug connection (1).

Release bolts (1) and remove charge-air pressure actuator (2).

Installation:

Replace seal.

Tightening torque: 9 Nm.
