11 28... Removing And Installing/Replacing Radial Compressor Belt TENSIONER (BMW ALPINA B7)

Special tools required: 

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

NOTE: If the drive belt is to be reused, mark direction of travel and reinstall drive belt in same direction of rotation.

Press back belt tensioner with special tool 11 5 170 in direction of arrow and remove drive belt (1).

NOTE: Illustration shows radiator core removed!

Release bolt (1) and remove belt tensioner with tension pulley (2).

Installation: 

Tightening torque: 40 Nm.
