72 11 092 Removing And Installing/Replacing Rear Left Or Right Seat Belt

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

Release screw (1) on end fitting.

Installation: 

Replace screw.

Tightening torque. See PARTS AND ACCESSORIES - TIGHTENING TORQUES - X5 .

Release screw (1).

Installation: 

Replace screws.

Tightening torque. See PARTS AND ACCESSORIES - TIGHTENING TORQUES - X5 .

Remove belt deflector (2).

Release screws (3).

Tightening torque. See PARTS AND ACCESSORIES - TIGHTENING TORQUES - X5 .

Remove deflector bar (4).

Release screws (1).

Installation: 

Replace screws.

Tightening torque. See PARTS AND ACCESSORIES - TIGHTENING TORQUES - X5 .

Remove automatic reel (2).

Installation: 

Inertia reel unit is coded against incorrect installation (2).
