64 11 208 Replacing heat exchanger

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove heater .

Release screw (1).

Unclip retaining tabs (1) and lift out bracket (2).

Unclip retaining lug (1) on both sides and feed out heater core (2). Installation: Make sure heater core (2) is securely seated.

After installation: Evacuate and fill A/C system
