52 14 020 Removing and Installing/Replacing Seat Frame On Left Or Right Front Seat (Normal/Electric)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove front seat. See 52 14 000 Removing and Installing Left Or Right Front Seat .
Remove backrest frame. See 52 14 030 Removing and installing/replacing backrest frame on left or right front seat .
Remove both seat rails on front seat. See 52 14 010 Removing and Installing/Replacing Both Seat Rails On Left Or Right Front Seat (Normal/Electric) .
Remove seat cover for front seat. See 52 14 000 Removing and Installing Left Or Right Front Seat .

Release fastening elements (1) on left and right.

Remove component (2) on left and right.

Remove complete seat wiring harness.

Installation:

When replacing backrest or seat frame, break off centering hooks (1) from seat frame.

NOTE: The new seat frame part contains all the drives.
