51 33 000 Removing And Installing (Replacing) Power Window Unit In Left Or Right Front Door

NOTE: When removing door lock, snap door window glass out only, do not remove, secure in door window frame.

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

Release cable in area (A) from holder.

Release nuts (1) and feed out rear section of power window unit (2).

Tightening torque. See BODY EQUIPMENT - TIGHTENING TORQUES .

Release nuts (1) and feed out front section of power window unit (2).

Tightening torque. See BODY EQUIPMENT - TIGHTENING TORQUES .

Replacement: 

Release screws (1 to 3) and remove flat motor (4).

Installation: 

To avoid distortion, observe screw-in sequence.

  1. Screw (1)
  2. Screw (2)
  3. Screw (3)

Tightening torque. See BODY EQUIPMENT - TIGHTENING TORQUES .
