34 52 525 Replacing One Front Pulse Generator

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

Disengage cable guides (2).

Open connector housing (1), pull plug connection out of holder and disconnect.

Pull cable with rubber grommet out of holders (3).

Installation: 

Ensure proper locking of plug connector and proper seating of rubber grommets.

Disengage cable guides (1).

Release Torx socket screw (2) and pull pulse generator (3) out of bore.

Installation: 

Tightening torque 31 51 3AZ. See 34 51 SLIP CONTROL SYSTEM (DSC)

Clean bore hole for pulse generator and grease with Staburags NBU 12/K lubricating.
