Removal & Installation

Remove radiator cover. See RADIATOR COVER . Remove fan cowl. See FAN COWL . Drain off coolant. If installed, remove heat exchanger for automatic transmission fluid. On all models, remove coolant expansion tank. Unlock coolant hoses and detach. See COOLANT HOSE FAST RELEASE COUPLINGS . Lift radiator out of mountings. See Fig 1 . To install, reverse removal procedure.
