Center Console: Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2005 BMW 545i and 2004 BMW 545i. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. To install, reverse removal procedure. Retainers (1) and guide (2) on trim (3) must not be damaged or missing. See Fig 1.
  2. Make sure retainers (1) are correctly seated in appropriate mounts of trim for shift lever (2). See Fig 2.
  3. Make sure rear fresh air grill (2) and clips (1) are correctly seated. See Figure.
