Removal & Installation

Remove brake master cylinder. See BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER .
Detach locking clip (1) from brake pedal. See Fig 1. Disengage and pull out locking pin. Remove nuts (2).
Remove non-return valve (1) from brake booster. See Fig 2. Carefully pull brake booster (2) out of bulkhead and tilt out.
To install, reverse removal procedure. Replace self-locking nuts and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
