65 12 230 Removing and Installing DAB Tuner

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Disconnect battery negative lead See 61 20 900 DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING BATTERY NEGATIVE LEAD .
Remove luggage compartment trim on left side panel. See 51 47 172 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING FLAP IN LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM, LEFT OR RIGHT .

Release screws (1) and remove holder (2).

Disconnect plug connections (1, 2) and remove DAB tuner (3) complete with bracket.

Replacement:

Release screws (4) and remove DAB tuner from bracket.
