64 11 475 Removing and Installing Complete Cooler Box

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

Disconnect plug connection (1).

Unscrew nuts (2).

Remove compensating shims (3).

Installation: 

Align cooler box centrally.

Make sure compensating shims (3) are in correct installation position.

Tighten nuts (2) to specified torque: Tightening torque 64 11 5AZ.  See 64 11 HOUSING, HEATER/AIR CONDITIONER

Release screws (1).

Release nuts (2) and remove holder (3).

Gently pull floor inlay (4) towards rear.

Pull out cooler box (5) in direction of arrow.
