63 12 950 Replacing A Lower Holder For Headlight Mounting

Remove complete headlight. See REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING LEFT HEADLIGHT (FROM 03/2005) , REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING RIGHT HEADLIGHT , REMOVING AND INSTALLING LEFT HEADLIGHT (XENON HEADLIGHT) , or REMOVING AND INSTALLING RIGHT HEADLIGHT (XENON HEADLIGHT) .

Version with headlight cleaning system:

If necessary, release screws (1) and fold back H.P. nozzle (2).

Release screws (1) and remove holder for headlight mounting (2).

Installation:

Install holder for headlight mounting, tighten screws until hand - tight.

Install headlight and adjust gap dimensions.

Tighten down screws on holder for headlight mounting.
