52 25 070 Removing and Installing/Replacing Wood Trim On Rear Center Armrest

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove rear center head restraint. See 52 25 388 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING REAR MIDDLE HEAD RESTRAINT
Remove decorative strip on center armrest at rear side. See 52 25 075 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING DECORATIVE STRIP ON CENTER ARMREST AT REAR SIDE LEFT OR RIGHT

Unclip bottom trim (1) with assembly wedge (2) and remove.

Release screws (1).

Release screws (1) and remove wood trim on center armrest (2) in direction of arrow.

Replacement:

Release screw (1) and remove lock (2).

If necessary, remove rear controller.
