23 14 504 Replacing wiring harness (GS7S47BG SMG)

Disconnect connector (1).

Detach cable (2) from bracket.

Disconnect plugs (1) and (2) from valve block.

Release cable tie (3).

Installation:

Use maximum-temperature-resistant cable ties (approx. 140°).

IMPORTANT: Sensor strip (4) must not be separated from actuator block (5).
Sensor strip and actuator block may only be replaced as a single unit.

IMPORTANT: When installing, pay attention without fail to yellow markings (2).

Installation:

Cut open sticker (1) over course of cable.

Tape over again with transparent adhesive tape.

Disconnect connector (1).

Release wiring harness (2) from holders.
