1.15.21.3 Plausibility fault

P3217 (CINSmax) 

A CINSnpl fault will be set after the calibrated turn-on delay (de-bounce) time, when during continuous MIL illumination the MIL-activation and MIL-on states are not identical. A plausibility fault is equally set during blinking MIL illumination when the MIL turn-on delay time is greater than calibration or when the MIL turn-off delay time is less than the calibrated time.
