1.13.4 Monitoring function - control position diagnosis
P1030/P1033
This diagnosis is divided into 3 parts according to the used PWM-range:
- 20% < PWM < 50%:
If the set-point gradient is < 14.7°/sec, which mea ns no further movements is requested, a remaining PWM signal between 20%...50% will lead to a fault symptom flag after 1.5 sec.
- 50% <= PWM < 97.5%
After 1.5 sec a fault symptom flag is set, if there is no set-point jump. The set-point jump adds +1° or -1° to the set-point to force the position controller to reach 0% PWM.
- PWM >= 97.5%
After a time-out of 105 msec it is checked if there is any movements. Is the current angle value gradient below 73°/s, the fault symptom flag is set.
