1.11.1 Engine idle speed control (ISC)

During cold start a separate diagnosis of the engine idle speed is performed. A detailed description of the diagnosis can be found in the appropriate diagnosis description.

In principle the ISC diagnosis checks

• whether there is a permanent deviation between the current idle speed and the setpoint idle speed.
