72 12 006 Removing and installing/replacing knee airbag module for front passenger protection

Installation:

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Release screws (1). Tightening torque: 72 12 08AZ . Close glovebox.

Feed knee airbag module (1) in direction of arrow from glovebox cover and remove.

Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.

IMPORTANT: Always replace airbag module for front passenger protection completely. Do not carry out any repairs to the airbag module.
